At your confidential appointment, your Better2Know clinician will collect the vaginal and cervical swab samples required for this screen. Once your swab samples have been collected, they will be sent for analysis at our fully certified laboratory in Asia.
How will I receive my results?
As soon as your results are back from the laboratory, they will be added to your secure patient area. We will contact you personally as soon as all your results are ready, though you can contact us instead if you prefer. In the interim, you can access your results as they become available via our website’s secure patient log in area.
What happens if my results are positive?
Better2Know will help you if any of your results are positive. We will arrange a doctors consultation for you to discuss your results and answer questions that you have.
